They're also really good at web applications. Simply create a free google videos account. Upload a video or clip that you want, and google will compress it in a streamable format. After uploading it, they will offer a URL or embedding link that you can place on a website or blog. You should be able to simply copy and paste that link. Or if not, check support/help files on wordpress and they will surely have a simple "how to" for embedding a video into your blog. You might have to check instructions a couple of times ... but really, that should pretty much do it for you. Paul M.
